A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM CAMI

Morning, all! Well, it's been a few days and I think it's fair to say I've settled down a little after our win, but I'm still completely pumped. It's just that now...now I realize how much work I have ahead of me! All fun stuff though.

Been thinking a lot about what to do with this blog between now and our official launch on Zuda (most likely about 2-3 months from now). I don't want to lose our momentum so expect regular progress reports, artwork, teases, etc. I'll even post fan art here if you'd like to send some along.

Of course, I will be most active over at my other comic, The SuperFogeys. If you haven't checked out SF yet, might I recommend it? I think if you like MONSTERPLEX, you'll like SuperFogeys.

The outpouring of support and well-wishes has been tremendous. As a thank you, today I bring to you a very special message from Cami, my youngest daughter (with a little help from her grandma).

More later.

Thanks so much for a reminder of one of the main reasons you work so hard. What are your plans for the birthday?

Hey, Heather! Do you mean for Cami's birthday? We've got this idea that I'm trying to pull together of reserving the Stake Center for just a half hour on that Thursday and inviting everyone we know to come and bring whatever lightweight bouncing balls they have. Then, all together, we'll just bounce them and throw them around the cultural hall. There's nothing Cami loves or laughs at more than a bouncing ball and I think that would be a real treat for her. Still need to find out if I can even do it, but that's the idea.

Now will you post *any* fan art, or just the good stuff?
